The White Suit Every Woman Needs

Theory women clothing

Theory clothing austin tx

Every woman needs a good staple white suit! This past weekend I had such a great time shopping at the Theory store here in Austin at the Domain Northside. If I can describe my personal style with one store it would be Theory. They have simple yet versatile pieces for everyday women and men.
If you are in the Austin area, you can shop all of these pieces at the store! Everyone was so sweet and very helpful. Overall, a great atmosphere.

I've been a fan of Theory clothing for a while now. One of my first pieces was a dress that my mom bought me about 10 years ago. Till this day, I still have that dress in my closet and I still wear it! Good thing my mom sized up to give me room to grow into it. This is why I'm such a fan because they make quality pieces. You would never guess that dress was over 10 years old. It still looks brand new!

When it comes to investing in good quality clothes, I always say to invest in those basic classic pieces that will last you for years. Everyone needs a good suit in their closet. It's perfect for graduation, job interview, work, or any formal occasion. It's a great staple just to have! Speaking about job interviews, I will never forget a conversation I had with Adrian. When we first started to date, he was working in Marketing and building websites. They were looking for a new Marketing Manager. They interviewed a woman, who got the job, wearing an all-white suit. He said she looked so powerful, overall BOSS women, and made a big impression on them. It's crazy how something so little can make a great impression.

Since it's wedding season, this would be perfect for a bride to be! This would be a perfect outfit for any bridal occasion. I could see myself styling this for my bachelorette party. You can wear just the blazer and pant or add a lace bodysuit under it. Wouldn't that be such a great outfit?

Lastly, I love that you can dress it down with some sneakers or create different outfits with your pieces. It's so versatile! Style your blazer with jeans, a dress, shorts, or a skirt. Your trousers can be styled with a button down or sweater.

Sephora 2019 Beauty Insider Event

Sephora Beauty Insider Event
Best Products to buy from Sephora

Sephora Beauty Insider Event is happening today till May 6. If you are a Beauty Insider member, you can get 20%-10% off on your purchase. This is when I love to stock up on all of my favorite items. One of my favorite things is to find a way to save some money. Also, this is a perfect time to grab a Mother's day gift for those special ladies in your life. I'll be sure to add a section for great gifts that you can grab. Here are some of my favorite items:

Skin: Some of my favorite skin care products that I buy at Sephora:

1. Philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser: I love this face wash! It works for my sensitive skin and really helped to improve my skin.

2. Philosophy The Micro delivery Exfoliating Facial Wash: If you are looking for an exfoliating face wash, I highly recommend this one! It leaves your face so clean and amazing. This product has a five-star review, so trust me on this one! Skin tip: you just have to use this product once a week to really clean your skin.

3. Philosophy Renewed Hope In A Jar SPF 30: This is the moisturizer I use in the morning. I have really sensitive skin and this moisturizer doesn't make me break out. Also, love that it has SPF in it because everyone has to protect their skin from the sun.

If you have sensitive skin like me, be sure to check out First Aid Beauty! They have amazing products and very affordable!

4. Tanner: Really been loving this gradual tanning lotion and it smells like watermelon: Gradual Tan Watermelon Infusion Body Lotion.

Makeup: Some of my must-haves that I use for every makeup look.

1. Fenty Beauty Pro Filt'r Retouch Primer: This primer is a must! If you can only buy one thing, I highly recommend this primer. It's a pore-diffusing primer that smooths the way for better foundation application and longer wear. I just added this to my makeup routine and the difference it made was night and day. Overall, it made my foundation, well cc-cream for me, a smoother finish. It also gave me that matte filter finish. I obsessed with it! Keep in mind I have overall dry skin. I saw some reviews that it might not be good for oily skin.

2. It Cosmetics CC+ Cream: This is my go-to what I use for foundation. Personally, I have tried so many foundations. I couldn't find one that didn't make me break out, so I've been sticking to CC Creams. Another one I love is Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Broad Spectrum. They both give me that full coverage I am looking for.

3. Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Matte Bronzer: This is my current favorite bronzer. I use this to contour my face. I have an olive complexion ( that's from my European roots) and I really love how natural bronze looks on my skin. I love a matte finish as well!

4. First Aid Beauty Hello FAB Bendy Avocado Concealer: This concealer provides weightless coverage with superfood avocado that helps to hydrate and nourish the skin. I love how lightweight and creamy this concealer is. It goes on so nice and gives you perfect coverage. Also, helps to brighten and hydrate. A little tip: I went a shade lighter to give me a brighter look under my eyes. (Shade: 2 Fair- for ivory to fairly light skin)

5. Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder: This is my all time favorite translucent powder! Once I blend my concealer in, I set it in with this powder. It just adds that brighter look under the eyes. I also use it in my t-zone areas to get rid of that unwanted shine.

6. Yves Saint Laurent Vinyl Couture Mascara: This is my current mascara. I love just trying out new mascara so if you have any favorites let me know. I do really love Lancome Grandiose Extreme Wide-Angle Extreme Volume Mascara.

7. Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick: My FAVE! I'm not a fan of lip liners so I like to use this instead. If you follow me on Instagram, I show you how I use it on stories. (COLOR: Caramello - neutral nude)

Hair: Some of my favorite hair products from Sephora.

1. Briogeo Blossom & Bloom Ginseng + Biotin Volumizing Shampoo: This shampoo is what I am currently using. I really love that they use all clean natural products! It's sulfate-free which is what you want in your shampoo that way it doesn't strip the essential oils or make your hair look dull. I've been using this shampoo for about a year now and love it. I'm actually changing things up and just ordered a new shampoo. This Amika 3D Volume and Thickening Shampoo had amazing reviews so I can't wait to try it out. I'll keep you all updated!

2. Kerastase Elixir Ultime Oil Serum: I love using this product after washing my hair. It just gives my hair that extra shine! It helps to nourish and help prevent breakage.

3. Kerastase L'incroyable Blow-Dry Reshapable Lotion: Then, I apply this to my hair after the Kerastase Elixir which helps to protect my hair from any heat. I really love this product because you just have to apply it once. It reactive each time you use heat on your hair.

4. T3 Twirl Trio Interchangeable Clip Curling Iron Set: 1", 1.25", 1.5": My go-to curling iron! I've been using it for about 3 years now. T3 products use high technology to ease damage and keep the healthy shine in your hair. This product is on sale on top of your member discount!

Mother's Day Gifts: Perfect sets that you can grab for that lady in your life.

Happy Shopping!
