My birthday this year was amazing. I told Adrian the main thing I want to do is to go to a vineyard. He booked a trip to Fredericksburg which is about an hour away from Austin. When we arrived to Barons Creek Vineyard, I was in shock. Adrian really surprised me. He didn't want to show me pictures of the place that we were staying at because he knew what my reaction was going to be. Also, he knew that he was going to have to take a lot of pictures. HAHA Anyways, Barons Creek Vineyard was so beautiful and peaceful. It felt like we traveled to a destination not outside of Austin. I really hope that we will be able to go once a month. It was a great getaway and everyone is so nice there! It's definitely a place to go to relax and forget everything that is happening in life.

This romper from zara made a perfect wine tasting outfit even though all of the locals were looking at me funny. Hey, it was my birthday and we were on vacation for the day.  I paired this romper with my favorite wedges that I am currently obsessed with. I really recommended these sandals to everyone. Right now, they are the comfiest pair of shoes that I owe. These are perfect for the spring and summer. I seriously haven't stopped wearing them since I got them!

Sorry guys that I haven't been posting lately. I am in the process of moving so all of my focus has been on that!
Speaking of moving, this outfit is perfect for on the go person that doesn't have time to think about a putting together a cute outfit. All you need is a tee tuck it in your jeans so it gives more of a polished look and pair it with your favorite pair of mules. I topped this look off with a straw hat to give it that spring look. Even though when we took these photos it was raining (bummer). I know this spring/summer I will get great use of that hat and it was only 15 dollars. You definitely can not beat that! It's such a deal- I almost couldn't believe it!
If you are like me, you're obsessed with handbags! I believe every girl should have a closet full of bags or however many bags they want in the same in various colors and even the same color but in different styles. I think the same way with shoes too! HAHA that was just a little side note for you shopaholics like me. Anyway, this bag is great for a lady on the go, a side baby bag for a mom, or a even a busy student on the run. It's really lightweight and great for a person who travels. If you're the type of person that loves your bags to be organized in the inside, well there is a portable insert inside that you're able to pop out and fit other smaller items. Another plus about this bag is that it's not going to break the bank!! It comes in six different colors. I really love the navy color because it adds that subtle pop of color that I needed for this outfit!

Let me know what you think! Thanks for reading!

SXSW STYLE

You can shop items by clicking on the photo!

SXSW is in full swing here in Austin, Texas. This is the start of festival season so no matter where you are I hope this post will benefit you as well. I wanted to put together some of my favorite looks that would be perfect for any festival. I am really loving the black and white off the shoulder bodysuit top paired with some ripped jeans. You will have the ultimate festival outfit. For more of a chic look the go for the Free People dress or the Glamorous dress. I love the lace up details in the dress as well- it really adds a little boho vibe to it. You can also accessorize your look with the Rebecca Minkoff mini fringe moto bucket bag. Anything with fringe will give you that extra touch you would need in your outfit. Finish the look off with a get pair of sneakers. I would opt for the Adidas superstar sneakers. Adidas are so in style this year that you can literally pair them with any outfit.

For this post I decided to change it up a little. I wanted to create a business work attire outfit that is perfect for the workplace. I don't know if you guys notice but I don't really post much with blazers. I think it's because of my uniform days in school. Believe it or not but I went to an all girls school. We often had to wear blazers as part of our uniform. After four years, I didn't want to see a blazer for a while. HAHA. Anyways I saw this boyfriend blazer on Forever 21. I love the way it was designed to have that pea coat effect to it. I feel like that it adds extra chicness (if that's even a word) to it. I already have so many ideas to style this jacket. My first thought was to style it with a button down or a tee tucked into a pair of shorts with a straw hat. Keep a look out on Instagram because I have a feeling that I'll be styling that look soon! This look is the perfect causal look for work. Even if you have to dress it up, you can pair them with a great pair of slacks. Banana Republic has some great ones!
Can we talk about these loafers? I am so obsessed with them and I always get compliments when I wear them. These are the most adorable shoes that I own. I've been loving this style trend. When you don't want to wear heels, you can pair these shoes with any outfit!

One thing that every girl needs in their closet is something tweed. To me, anything tweed just adds that chic factor to your own style. The first thing that comes to my mind is Chanel. It's just a classic look that you will have in your closet for a long time and it will never go out of style. When it comes to tweed, it's really hard to find it in a good price point. Don't worry because I have you covered. I found the perfect chic tweed dress that is only $20! Yes, you read that right, only $20!!

Instead of going for the classic look with black pumps, I wanted to edge it up. So I paired it with booties. There is so many ways you can style it. For the colder days you can pair it with knee highs. For Spring, which is already here in Austin, Texas, I would pair it with my new loafers for a more causal look. Any way you style this dress it is a great piece to have in your closet!
